1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Alchemy Terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Subscription & Access

Access to the Alchemy Terminal requires a paid monthly subscription. Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other person.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Alchemy Terminal — including but not limited to market analysis, trade ideas, written commentary, charts, and weekly outlooks — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Alchemy Trading. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content
• Share screenshots or recordings of content with third parties
• Re-publish content on any platform, public or private
• Use content for commercial purposes without written permission

4. One Account Per User

Each subscription is for a single user only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple simultaneous sessions or account sharing, your access will be terminated without refund.

5. Not Financial Advice

All content on the Alchemy Terminal is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial advice. Trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms, including but not limited to content sharing or account sharing.
